- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Across India
We currently ship across India.
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2 – 4 business days
- Other Locations: 3 – 6 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- We may offer free shipping on select orders or above certain cart values, which will be clearly communicated on the website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS with a tracking link. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, delivery timelines are subject to:

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

- Recipient unavailable
Our courier partners may attempt delivery again. If the order is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.

- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share images (if damaged) for quick resolution
